Mary’s approach to coaching is supportive, client-centred and focused on enabling personal and professional change. In particular, Mary believes that coaching has an invaluable role to play when people are feeling lost and unsure about the best next step.

Coaching is also about the power of story for Mary; understanding, telling and directing one’s own, and inspiring others as a leader.

“It is easy to become stuck in your own story and for that to inhibit growth and change. I work with leaders, teams and organisations using narrative techniques to help them communicate clearly and authentically to external and internal audiences, in the public and private sector. ”
