All our coaches have a broad range of experience and have operated at senior management level across the public, private and state sectors.

Our coaches are carefully selected following a rigorous assessment, followed by specified training on an accredited international coaching programme. Each of us, although we have different styles, firmly believe in:

  • People’s capacity to learn,  develop and adapt their leadership style and skills to constantly changing circumstances.
  • The difference effective senior leadership can make to an organisation’s success by inspiring their people to give of their best.
  • The value to people in senior leadership positions of a professional, challenging and encouraging coaching relationship in a space where they can confidentially explore their  hopes, ambitions, fears and/or concerns about real and current issues on their agendas.
