In Praesta, Colm currently works with the most respected group of senior executive coaches in Ireland. He came to coaching through his interest in executive development and organisational change. His experience has taught him that excellent people produce excellent results.

Colm has worked with a diverse and broad range of companies in the Financial Services, Broadcasting/Media, FMCG, Energy, Medical, and not for profit sectors.

He is a Master Coach accredited by Middlesex University; holds an M.Soc.Sc. (Ind. Sociology) and B.Soc.Sc. from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
