Barbara Patton
With over 20 years of senior corporate experience across FMCG and financial services, and a decade in consultancy and as a non executive director, Barbara brings deep commercial insight and corporate realism to her coaching. Her executive career often placed her in roles where she was the ‘first’ or the ‘only’ on a leadership team, giving her a lived understanding of the complexity involved.
